What to expect as your brows heal

The healing process for feathered or microblade eyebrows can worry you but don't let it!

It is very normal that as your brows heal you may see some scabbing, it may also appear at one point that all the pigment has disappeared. But again this is normal.

This is how your brows will heal day by day:-

Day 1: Your brow will look fresh and rich in colour

Day 2-4: "You may feel that they are too dark. Don’t worry they will start to lighten!

Day 5-8 At the tail end of the first week they may appear patchy, and flaky. It is important that you do not pick or scratch at them even if they are itchy

Day 9-10:  All the pigment has gone!  You may not be able to see any feathering anymore but again this is normal. They are still there"

Days 11-28: The pigment will start to reappear but could be patchy due to any scabbing, this is why the perfection treatment is so important. To fill in any patchy areas and re-embed  the pigment (like the second coat of paint on your house :))

So the healing process can be confusing and stressful but the main thing is that it is up and down and it is all normal. The most important task you have to do is follow the aftercare instructions provided by Sally at your initial treatment and if you are concerned about anything do not hesitate to contact her.
